3. Purpose of personal data processing

Personal data is collected, processed and used with the customer’s consent to manage Pluspuu Oy’s customer relationship, contact and communication, and marketing. The information is also used for statistical and service development purposes. The basis for data processing is the customer’s consent. Personal data is stored in the database of a program developed and maintained in Finland, where the data controller processes and stores the data as described in this privacy statement. The controller is Pluspuu Oy. Gemilo Oy acts as the registry processor on behalf of the controller. 4. Data content of the register

Personal data is collected and processed by Pluspuu Oy from customers who join the register. The customer decides on the scope of the information he provides. The information to be registered is:

Name and contact information: First and last name, e-mail address, phone number, street address, postal code, city, country, homepage

Information about the project provided by the customer: intended construction year, planned building type, plot ownership (yes/no), plot location, interesting house model

The customer’s stated desire for contact, as well as the message sent by the customer to Pluspuu.

5. Use of cookies

We use cookies to collect information about the use of our website and services (what, how and when the services are used) and usage volumes, as well as information about the user’s terminal device (e.g. used browser, screen resolution, IP address, etc.) for improvement. A cookie is a small text file that the user’s browser saves on the terminal device, and it cannot be used to identify an individual user. The registrant has the right to cancel the marketing permission he has given by notifying the keeper of the register.

The registered person has the right to check what information about him has been stored in the personal register. The registered person also has the right to request that the information concerning him be completely removed from the register. An inspection or deletion request must be sent by e-mail or in writing to the registry’s contact person (contact information mentioned in point 2) and a proof of identity (scanned or a copy) must be attached to the request.
